Asolvi acquired TIVAPP

Asolvi, a Trondheim, Norway and London, UK-based provider of service management software for small and medium-sized enterprises, announced that it acquired the German company TIVAPP.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The deal will see the TIVAPP team of Fire and Security experts joining Asolvi. This team, in combination with TIVAPP’s software, will strengthen Asolvi’s position across the DACH market and enhance its native-language customer support. It will also expand existing sales functions across the region, positioning Asolvi for further sustainable growth.

TIVAPP, led by CEO Harry Liedtke, is a field service solution for the fire protection and security sector. The solution enables users to digitally map and manage all their key processes, ranging from complete inventory management to fire safety inspections and training.  In addition, the company provides extensive manufacturer product data, approvals information and links to accounting systems. 

Asolvi, established in 1991 and led by CEO Pål M. Rødseth, is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, but has the majority of its 110 employees outside of Norway. The company develops and provides field service management software company for Small and Mediumsized Enterprises (SMEs) in Europe in a range of field service industries including printing and copying; alarm, fire and security; and vending machines.
