Asolvi announced the acquisition of Purpose Software.

Asolvi, Trondheim, Norway-based software vendor within Service Management, has acquired Purpose Software Ltd based in High Wycombe in the UK.

The financial details remained undisclosed. Together Asolvi and Purpose Software will have more than 900 customers in 30+ countries and be the leading European service management software supplier.

Asolvi, founded as Evatic and led by CEO Pål M. Rødseth, provides service management software company to more than 900 customers in 30+ countries. The company offers a broad product suite under the Evatic, Tesseract, WinServ, 2Serv and CBS umbrella from the head office in Trondheim, Norway and from offices in the UK, Sweden, Germany, France and Holland.

Asolvi is a private company owned by the founders, management and Viking Venture.
