Base 10 Ventures acquired Ubisecure from GMO GlobalSign.

Base 10 Ventures acquired the the CIAM platform Division from GMO GlobalSign and re-adopted the name of Ubisecure.

In 2014 Ubisecure was acquired by GMO GlobalSign and for two years became the IAM Division of GMO (TSE: 9449).

During this period the CIAM platform was enhanced considerably to meet the data model demands for high availability digitalisation and IoT deployments.
