Bilagos adds Amesto as new investor in the company.
Bilagos, a Kristiansand, Norway-based startup working on a software as a service solution for the financial industry, announced in a press release that it added Amesto group as an investor in the company.
Following the deal Amesto will own 8% of the the company against a contribution of €6M ($6.7M).
Bilagos, founded in 2015 by Jardar Føreland Pedersen, developed Semine, a software solution that automates underlying financial documentation and invoice processing for companies. Bilagos currently employs 60 people, distributed at the headquarters in Kristiansand, the sales office in Oslo and one subsidiary in india.
Amesto, established in 2002 and led by CEO Arild Spandow, is a Nordic group with over 1000 employees. The group consists of businesses in the Nordic countries, New York, London and Amsterdam. We have specialized in Cloud Infrastructure, Business Software, BI & Analytics, AI and Robotics, Consulting & Accounting & Payroll.
Prior to this deal, Bilagos sold a third of the company to Kistefos at the beginning of 2018.
