Botify raised a $55 million Series C funding round led by InfraVia Growth.

Botify, a French startup headquartered in New York, USA and providing a search marketing analytics SAAS platform, raised $55 in Series C funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by InfraVia Growth, joined by Bpifrance’s Large Venture, Eurazeo and Ventech.

icolas Herschtel from InfraVia and Antoine Izsak from Bpifrance will join the board of directors.

Botify, founded in 2012 by CEO Adrien Menard, Thomas Grange, Stephane Chauvin and Alexandre Boucherot, provides a SaaS-based platform for aiding the crawling process via optimally structured websites. For Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu and other search engines, the ability to crawl a website rapidly and efficiently enables them to index the relevant data properly, assign a ranking and direct organic traffic. The company says it handles business for 500 customers, including Expedia, L’Oréal, The New York Times, Groupon, Marriott, Condé Nast, Crate & Barrel, Fnac Darty, Vestiaire Collective and Farfetch.
