Brixtar adds Stefan Holm as an investor in a social network for LEGO fans.
BriXtar, an Umeå, Sweden-based startup developing a social community for LEGO enthusiasts, announced co-opting Stefan Holm as an investor in the company. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
BriXtar, founded in 2015 by Martin Krosstedt and Jonathan Jehander, developed a mobile application that aims to be an inspiring and interactive forum for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages. The app encourages quality time between children and parents and is also a gathering place for AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO).
BriXtar is supported by corporate incubator Uminova Innovation and prior to this transaction has received funding from Umeå-based investment company Fort Knox.
