Buenno announced raising €300k from Gorilla Capital, Business Finland and Loipposet.

Buenno, a Tampere, Finland-based market research company, announced securing funds of €300k ($349k) in seed funding capital.

The money was raised from local investors based in Finland, including Gorilla Capital, Business Finland and Loipposet, and will be used for hiring more people and develop the mobile customer experience platform of Buenno.

Buenno, founded in 2016 by CEO Aaku Asujamaa and Sami Pääkkönen, started as s provider of mistery shopping services in the USA. Since then they also developed a digital platform combining customer feedback and market research services that businesses can use to develop their customer experience. The platform has 5900 users, and its customers include some of the biggest retail and service sector companies in Finland.
