C2IT acquires Danish IT consultancy Softhuset

C2IT, a Kolding, Denmark-based company providing IT integration and software customization solutions, announced the acquisition of Softhuset, also a Danish software provider based in Bagsværd (Copenhagen).

The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

C2IT, founded in 2003 and led by CEO Carsten Sixhøi, provides process optimization solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, working with more than 200 customers in the trade, production, distribution, services.

Softhuset, led by CEO Carsten Lundqvist, was founded in 2010 as a former C5 house, which has converted their business to selling and implementing Microsoft technologies (NAV). They have been part of the program for conversion to Dynamics 365 Business Central together with Microsoft.
