CapMan acquires Infocare from Fujitsu and 3i

CapMan, the Finnish private equity group, announced it will acquire the Norwegian specialist in ICT services InfoCare ASA

the deal, which has financial details undisclosed, will be made through the funds managed/advised by CapMan and Helge Briseid Risnes, CEO and founder of the InfoCare Group, with InfoCare's owners Fujitsu Services and 3i.

Following the transaction, CapMan funds have a 67% stake inInfoCare and Helge Briseid Risnes and the executive management group hold the remainder.The closing of the transaction requires the approval of competition authorities, and the deal isexpected to be closed during August.

The investment will finance InfoCare’s growth tostrengthen its competitive position in the Nordic markets.

InfoCare is one of the leading IT services companies in the Nordic countries. InfoCare’s services comprise on-site service, workshop repair services and spare parts logistics for all major brands within the IT sector.
