Ceder Capital has acquired Persson Innovation.

Persson Innovation, a Kumla, Sweden-based company, manufacturer of paper and plastic carrying handles, announced getting into an agreement with Ceder Capital to become the main shareholders in the company.

The deal, which has the financial details undislosed, was made with Connecting Capital, which sells its ownership position.

Persson Innovation, led by CEO Kristian Nordgren, develops, produces and markets paper and plastic carrying handles and handle applicator machines worldwide. The inventions are used to package beverages, electronics and a variety of chemical products.
