Convertelligence, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing a platform for easy-to-set-up chatbots, added Erik Must as an investor in the company.

The transaction has the financial details undisclosed and gives Erik Must a 20% share control in the company.

Convertelligence, founded in 2015 by Arash Saidi and John Antonio Nilsen, provides automating customer support through tech that combines machine learning and natural language processing. Their solution can make robots understand and respond with natural language to what the customers ask. The company was part of StartUp Lab, has 20 employees and works with customers inlcuding DNB, Obos and Visma.
