Daisy Grace merges with Perfect Day Media AB, gets more investment from Bonnier.

Daisy Grace, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a combination of media & retail & ecommerce services  merged with Swedish Perfect Day Media AB, a Stockholm-based media company. Both companies have in common the siblings Amanda Schulman and Hannah Widell, who had founded the latter in 2015 and the former in 2016.

The deal is supported by a fresh capital investment round provided by Swedish media company Bonnier, which already invested SEK 11M ($1.3M) in Daisy Grace at the end of 2017.

The financial details of this transaction remain undisclosed.

Daisy Grace was launched in December 2016 with the strategy of creating media content used as a strategy to generate sales of women’s wear under their own brand, both online and offline.
