DanAds, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a SAAS platform used as an advertising booking system by publishers and media companies, announced raising almost $1M in a new capital investment funding.

The money comes as a convertible note and is part of an ongoing Series A funding round of $6M to be closed during the first quarter of 2018.

The backers are existing investors Wellstreet and Almi Invest, as well as the Dutch Forward VC. At the same time, the company announced that it started working with eBay for implementing their self-service infrastructure.

The company, which had a SEK 4M ($510k) tunrover in 2017, has raised about $2M prior to this deal, from investors including angels Alexander Hars, Patrik Hamilton and Fredrik Malm.
