Danish Tradeshift gets an equity investment from fintech VC Santander InnoVentures.

Tradeshift, founded in Denmark and located in San Francisco, received an equity investment from Santander InnoVentures, the fintech venture capital fund of Santander Group,

The Santander InnoVentures investment will be used to further broaden Tradeshift’s capabilities, fuel the development of its platform and grow the ecosystem surrounding its B2B marketplace.

Tradeshift is used by a broad range of Fortune 500 companies such DHL and Zurich Insurance Group as well as many large institutions such as the National Health Service.

In June 2016, Tradeshift announced its series D finding round, in which raised $75 million from new and existing investors, such as HSBC and American Express Ventures.
