Dantherm Group today announced the acquisition of Termigo in Spain

Dantherm Group, a Skive, Denmark-based provider of climate control products and solutions, announced the acquisition of Termigo, headquartered in Valencia, Spain.

The financial details were not disclosed. Termigo will be integrated into the Dantherm Group while continuing to operate in the market under the Termigo brand.

Termigo, led by CEO Juan Postigo, has 11 employees specialised in sales, technical application support, product assembly and after sales service.
