DecideAct announced adding Peter Søndergaard as investor in the company.

DecideAct, a Nexø, Denmark-based consultting company, announced adding Peter Søndergaard as investor in the company.

Peter Søndergaard, who worked for Gartner Research in US for 29 years also joins as chairman of the company's board.

DecideAct was founded in 2014 by Flemming Videriksen and Bjarni Jónsson and provides strategy development services out of offices in Nexø, where it is headquartered, and Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Berlin, London and Malaga.

Later edit (Oct 2020): the deal totals DKK 9.5M ($1.4M) and includes contributions from Vækstfonden.
