Dib Hotel, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a software solution for companies looking to administer travel operations, completed a SEK 12M ($1.3M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by new and existing investors, including Percy Nilsson.

Dib Hotel, led by CEO Christian Råsmark, was founded in 2015 by Timothy Walentynowicz and Fredrik Jones as a provider of an online system that aggregates the unused hotel inventory and makes it available via a bidding system. The company has since pivoted and started offering B2B SAAS helping companies manage the booking and travel expense process.

Prior to this deal, Dib Hotel raised almost $3M.
