The money was raised from local investors from Finland, including Reima Linnanvirta via Ready Fire Arm Oy.

Digital Teaching Tools Finland, founded in 2016 by Sebastian Laxell and Jaakko Virtanen, developed a tool called Whiteboard.fi, an online whiteboard tool for teachers. The tool has over 6 million monthly users all over the world, mainly in the US, Saudi Arabia, and India.
