Digital Workforce raises $3.5M from existing investors.
Digital Workforce, a Helsinki, Finland-based intelligent automation company announced it raising €3M ($3.5M) in a funding round.
The investment was provided by existing investors, including Capman Growth Fund, Leena Niemistö and Lifeline Ventures, and will be used to further develop the company’s Digital Worker cloud platform making cognitive technologies easily available and to enable international expansion overseas.
Digital Workforce, founded in 2015 by Heikki Länsisyrjä, is specialising in Intelligent Process Automation services on an industrial scale. The company provides intelligent digital workers automate knowledge work processes in large organizations freeing up the time of human employees for more valuable work.
Digital Workforce employs 175 people and operates currently in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland. Prior to this round, the company secured €2M in 2017.
