Documaster secured NOK 135 million.

Documaster, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing a system agnostic archiving core compliant with Norwegian archiving standards and correspondent international regulations, secured a capital raise of NOK 135 million ($15.3M).

The money was raised from new and existing investors whose name was not disclosed.

Proceeds will be used as the company finalises the acquisition of two local companies, Infoworker and Comprima Sotftware.

Documaster, founded in 2014 by Dimitar Ouzounov and Christian Lundvang as a spinoff from Norselab and led by CEO Anders Johnsen, built a service on top of cloud services for Records Management available for the private and public sectors.

Documaster last raised $3.3 million in 2019, and has as major shareholder the private equity company Summa Equity, which invested $12 million in 2017.
