e-Avrop AB was acquired by Pamir Partners for $5 million.

e-Avrop Holding AB, a Stockholm, Sweden developer of a system support for procurement and e-commerce in the public sector, announced that it was acquired by the SWedish investor Pamir Partners AB.

The deal was made for $5 million.

e-Avrop, founded in 2000 and led by CEO Ernest Wessman, offers a fully automated, cloud-based, turnkey solution for the design, announcement and management of public tenders. The company is one of the leading platforms for procurement tender announcement and management in Sweden, with a customer base mainly consisting of Swedish municipalities, county councils, courts and public companies and organizations.
