Edurino raised €3.35 million in a seed round led by btov Partners.

Edurino, a Munich, Germany-based operator of a hybrid learning platform with an app and toy figurines for children, announced completing a seed funding round closed at €3.35 million ($3.8M).

The money was raised from investors led by Germany's early stage fund btov Partners and joined by Emerge Education, Pirate Impact (Fabian and Ferry Heilemann) and angel investors Jens Begemann (Wooga), Verena Pausder (Fox & Sheep), Ben Drury (Yoto) and Christian Felgenhauer and Maurice Khudhir (StudySmarter).

Edurino, founded in 2021 by Franziska Meyer and Irene Klemm, designed a kit combo including an ergonomic stylus, a toy fox named Mika, and a learning app, designed to encourage reading and writing for preschoolers aged 4 and above. The company was previously pre-seeded by angel investors from Germany in 2021.
