Efficy acquired Web CRM from Denmark

Efficy, a Bruxelles, Belgium-based software provider offering medium & large businesses CRM solutions, announced it acquired the Danish Web CRM, a local provider of cloud-based CRM platforms.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Through the acquisition, Efficy enters the Scandinavian market and accelerates on its ambition to reach a 5 pct. European market share of the CRM by 2024.

webCRM, founded in 2005, offers a configurable, easy to use and highly secure cloud-based CRM system, and employs 40 people in Denmark and Sweden, and has partners in Finland, Norway, The Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
