Egreement, the Swedish e-signing service, raises SEK 5M in a new share issue

Egreement e-signing service Egreement announced it received an additional SEK 5 million in a new share issue.

The money will be used for expansion and comes from the company's existing investors, Gullspång and Gavia, as well as from the company's chairman, Rolf Hallencreutz.

Egreement raised exactly the same amount, SEK 5M, 11 months ago, in December 2015.
