Ekimetrics announced securing €24 million from Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance.
Ekimetrics, a Paris, France-based SAAS company, announced that it raised funding of €24 million ($29M).
The money was raised from Tikehau Capital via its growth capital fund and Bpifrance via its MidCap fund. The founders of Ekimetrics will retain a controlling stake. Proceeds will be used for the company’s international growth, enhancing its technological assets, and setting a new standard for the sector worldwide.
Ekimetrics, founded in 2006 by CEO Jean-Baptiste Bouzige, provides industrialized corporate data science solutions uses to maximize companies’ return on investment on marketing expenses and optimize sales, the customer experience, and the entire operational model. Ekimetrics targets both larger and intermediate-sized enterprises and major organisations across all industries, seeking to help them build their data capital, and use data science and artificial intelligence (AI) to further their business in a practical, sustainable and ethical way.
The company has a presence in Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong and now has one of the largest independent teams in Europe, comprising over 240 data scientists.
