Eleda Group acquired Salbohed AB.

Eleda Group, Stockholm, Sweden-based excavation service provider, announced that it has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB (Salbohed AB), based in Västerås.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Through this transaction, Eleda Group will expand its coverage to include the Västerås area within the Stockholm-Mälaren region in central Sweden.

Salbohed AB combines civil engineering and contract services within logistics and data centers and has a strong public sector order intake. The company has a yearly turnover of around SEK 400M ($42M) and approximately 50 full time employees in addition to 30 contractors.

Eleda Group, led by CEO Johan Halvardsson, operates through three infrastructure service companies Akeab, KEWAB and Mark & Energibyggarna. The group, in which the different subsidiaries act as standalone brands, aims to be the leading excavation service provider across southern and western Sweden. Eleda has around 800 employees and sales of approximately SEK 2.5 billion ($260M) in 2018.
