Emitwise in a €9 million series A investment deal led by Xplorer Capital.

Emitwise, a London, UK-based developers of a SAAS platform used for automatically measuring and reporting carbon footprint in real-time, announced closing series A equity round at €9 million ($9.9M)

The money was raised from investors led by Xplorer Capital, joined by Outsized Ventures, True Ventures and ArcTern Ventures.

Emitwise, founded in 2019 by Benjamin Peddie, Eduardo Gómez and CEO Mauro Cozzi, developed a software platform helping companies  to automatically measure, report, and reduce their carbon footprint across their operations and supply chain, future-proofing businesses for a zero-carbon world. The tool integrates with ERP systems and complies with auditing and disclosure systems like CDP, GHG and TCFD.

Emitwise previously raised a $3.2 million funding round in 2021, extension of a $3.4M seed backed by investors including Social Impact Capital, Lightbird Ventures and others announced in September 2020.
