Enthuse secured £3.5m in Series A funding led by Praetura Ventures.
Enthuse, a London, UK-based based SAAS developer of a donations, fundraising and events platform, announced closing a funding round of £3.5 million ($4.8M) Series A.
The money was raised from investors led by Praetura Ventures.
Praetura Ventures’ investment manager Sim Singh-Landa will join the Enthuse board as a non-executive director and David Foreman, managing director of Praetura Ventures, will join as an observer.
The proceeds will be used for product development and international expansion.
Enthuse, formerly CharityCheckout and Primo Events, founded in 2009 by CEO Chester Mojay-Sinclare, provides charity-branded donation, fundraising and event management tools to more than 4,000 charities, and has allowed them to raise more than £100 million to date.
Through a range of white-labelled, fully customisable tools and platform technology, the company helps charities improve their brand recall, build and nurture a loyal supporter base, raise more funds and ultimately have more impact. Products include branded payment and communication solutions, virtual fundraising tools, data management and event registration software, as well as a corporate platform for employee engagement.
Enthuse previously raised about £4 million.
