Exsitec merges with Sundit, Systrans adds more investment.
Exsitec is one of Sweden's leading providers of the leading QlikView software and also works with other software and services that help customers get more out of their business systems. Since 2011, Exsitec has been working to complete its offer with a complete business system and has thus chosen to enter into partnership with Visma Software.
Sundit is Sweden's clear leading provider of business software from Visma Software and has been looking for collaborations to broaden its offer for some time. Sundit has experience from more than 300 installations of Visma Business and has extensive expertise in introducing complex systems, and not least a highly competent support organization.
Combining the two companies creates the opportunity to be a complete partner to handle customer business information. Exsitec and Sundit complement each other's skills and can now offer more to new and existing customers. The companies have already collaborated on several occasions.
In conjunction with the agreement, substantial investments are made from Syntrans, which is Exsitec's main owner and now increases its commitment to the company. This provides increased scope for action, as well as providing security for both customers and staff. An important part of the joint venture is also to give employees in the companies new interesting opportunities for career development.
"The agreement has been driven by strong industrial logic. The decision is based on all the positive we've seen from both Exsitec and Sundit, "said Peter Viberg, CEO of Syntrans.
All former main owners remain as owners of the company. These are Tomas Edemalm founder Sundit, Jesper Linde founder Exsitec, and CEO Johan Kallblad.
