Eyr raises NOK 50 million from Investinor et all
Eyr Medical, an Oslo, Norway-based telemedicine provider, announced the completion of a NOK 50M ($5.7M) capital investment round.
The funding was provided by a range of private investors from Sweden and Norway, including Norwegian-state owned agency Investinor, angel investor Fredrik Österberg and the Stena family.
Eyr Medical, founded in 2015 by CEO Karl Martin Lind and Vegard Krogh-Reinsnes, provides doctor consultations over video calls. The company currently has a total of 40 employees in Norway and Denmark, of which 20 are doctors performing 200 medical consultations daily and expected to generate NOK 13 million ($1.5M) in 2019 revenues.
