Finnish on-demand home cleaning startup Freska acquires Norway’s Wipe

Freska, a Helsinki, Finland-based startup providing a digital platform for finding a house cleaner, announced the acquisition of a Norwegian competitor, Wipe.

The transaction, which has financial details undisclosed, sets up Freska to be the market leader in Nordics.

Wipe's founders, Erik Dalland and Dennis Stokseth, will remain involved in the company and help with the future development in the Nordics.

Freska, founded in 2015 and led by CEO Sebastian Heinrichs, provides on-demand online home cleaning services in Finland.
