Fira adds more funding from Finnish Industry Investment Ltd (Tesi)

Fira Group, a Vantaa, Finland-based construction company, announced completing a fresh capital investment round.

The funding was provided by the state-owned investment company Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd), which will extend the investment of Ilmarinen made in 2016. Fira is primarily owned by its founders, managers and personnel. Its largest institutional investor is Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Fira Group, led by CEO Jussi Aho, is comprised of Fira Oy, serving as the main contractor in a wide range of residential and commercial construction, modernisation and pipe renovation projects, as well as smart services that develop new services, products and approaches. Fira employs more than 300 people.
