Fluzo to raise €1.25m in capital funding from Adara Ventures and Sabadell Venture Capital.
Fluzo, a Madrid, Spain-based company developing a SAAS for media and adverting business using use audio fingerprinting technology, announced that it raised a capital round of €1.25 million ($1.4M).
The round was led by Adara Ventures and included participation from Sabadell Venture Capital. The proceeds will be used for product development as well as expansion in Europe and Mexico.
Fluzo, founded in 2015 and led by CEO José-Luis Muñoz, provides a white-label Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) technology that can be easily integrated into any mobile app. The technology transforms the mobile phone into a passive meter that reacts to the unique digital characteristics of audiovisual content emitted by nearby device, including linear or on demand TV, online TV, Digital Video, Radio, Digital audio or other formats
The company aims to offer real time data for audience measurement and advertising efficiency research via a Cross Media Measurement Service. Target clients include agencies, media (TV/radio/streaming), research institutes and advertisers
