Forenede Service acquired Green Circle.

Forenede Service, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing services within facility- and property management, announced the acquisition of Green Circle, also a Denmark-based competitor.

The financial details of the deal remained undisclosed.

Green Circle's founders Erik Jensen and Ole Mortensen will remain involved in operations and ownership control of 20% of the shares.

Forenede Service, part of Forenede Group founded in 1959 by by Peer C. Krogh., is a family-owned facility service company, headquartered in Søborg (Copenhagen) and with branches in Jutland and Funen. The company has approximately 2,500 employees.

Green Circle is headquartered in Brøndby and has branches in Vejle and Aalborg and operates approximately 800 properties nationwide with the company's almost 100 employees.
