Freeday, a Rotterdam, Netherlands-based software startup developing an HR onboarding SAAS, announced completing a seed funding round closed at €4 million ($4.2M).

The money was raised from investors led by the Dutch VC henQ Capital Partners.

Freeday, founded in 2020 by Marcus Groeneveld, Mathijs Gast and Toon van Bodegom, developed a SAAS solution with a transactional model, flexible scaling used for employees onboarding - hiring, training, and allowing new digital employees start within 2-4 weeks, with minimal to no impact on IT resources.
