Front AI completed a EUR 500k investment round.

Front AI, a Helsinki, Finland-based startup working on the development of AI-based customer service bots, annunced the completion of a EUR 500k ($567k) in capital investment.

The money was provided by a range of Finnish investors, including Capman Growth Fund, Leena Niemistö and Lifeline Ventures.

The raised capital will be used to develop the company's product and take it to market.

Front AI, founded in 2019 and led by CEO Jari Annala, aims to create a conversational AI solution that changes the way chatbots are used not only for informational, but also for transactional purposes: chatbots can serve customers and execute their requests 24/7.
