FSN acquires four companies, merges them under the name Nordlo.

FSN Capital, an Oslo, Norway-based investment company, announced that it acquired and merged four IT companies, Office IT-Partner, Zetup and Dicom in Sweden as well as IT in Norway.

The four together will be operated by the IT company Nordlo, which will focus on service delivery to small and medium-sized companies.Nordlo will be led by CEO Fredrik Almén.

Nordlo states in a press release that the local perspective means that the company can work close to the customers geographically, have a close dialogue and understand what needs are, and thus provide a high level of service.

Nordlo currently has 575 employees in 34 locations in Sweden and Norway, as well as annual sales of SEK 1.2 billion.
