ftrack announced the acquisition of Cospective

Ftrack, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing cloud-based project management solutions for the media & entertainment industry, announced that it acquired Cospective, an Australian company based in Adelaide.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cospective, led by Led by Rory McGregor, CEO, developed a remote review and approval tool named cineSync, a secure and synchronized media review platform for film, television, and visual effects. Following the deal, Cospective will remain based in Adelaide, Australia, with increased investment in development and support of cineSync, including maintenance of integrations with third-party software vendors.

ftrack, founded in 2012 and led by CEO Fredrik Limsäter, built a project management, production tracking and media review platform that teams in the creative industries use to collaborate.
