Funding Xchange announced closing a $10M capital investment round from Downing Ventures, Gresham House Ventures and Hambledon Capital.

Funding Xchange, a London, UK-based business operating a loan and funding marketplace, announced that it secured a $10 million round in Series A funding.

The round was led by existing backers Downing Ventures and Gresham House Ventures, with participation from new investor Hambledon Capital.

Funding Xchange, founded in 2014 by Katrin Herrling (CEO) and Olivier Lomenie, developed a platform aggregating financial products sold by the likes of Monzo, Experian and MoneySuperMarket, and connecting them to potential businesses looking to access personalised funding quotes fast. In 2020, the company launched a new platform which covers the government scheme loans, allows businesses to check eligibility across a whole 40 lenders.

Prior to this, in 2019, Funding Xchange closed a £8 million funding round.
