G:Loot, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating an esports platform, announced securing $25M in capital investment. The money was provided by new and existing investors, including Swedbank Robur and asset management company Norron.

The funding will be used to bolster prize pools and fuel the company's overall expansion - staff, more competitive titles, and more competitions.

G:Loot, founded in 2014 as Gumbler and led by CEO Patrik Nybladh, developed a platform that lets gamers compete and win real money against friends and random opponents. The company operates PUBG platform Global Loot League and the card game platform TopDeck.

Prior to this round, G:loot raised $12.2M in 2018.
