Globeteam sells 34% of the company to Kirk Kapital.
Globeteam, a Copenhagen, Denmark based company providing consulting services, announced entering into an agreement with investment company Kirk Kapital for selling 34% of the company.
The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made as Kirk Kapital has acquired the shares of DICO A/S’ investment company, C13, as well as the shares of board member and co-founder of Globeteam Erik Arnbak.
Globeteam, founded in 2001 and led by CEO Claus Moldow, has 75 consultants and provides IT consulting services to private companies and the public sector, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Courts, the Danish Environmental Portal and a number of municipalities. Private companies include Rockwool, Kromann Reumert and DSV.
The company’s revenue in 2017 is expected to be around DKK 190M ($32M).
