Globhe in a SEK 7 million deal backed by the investment company VEQ and the Swedish business angel network Sustainable Energy Angels.
Globhe, a Stockholm, Sweden-based data analyitcs startups, announced that it raised a pre-seed round of around SEK 7 million ($810k).
The money was raised from lead investor VEQ and Sustainable Energy Angels AB.
Globhe, founded by CEO Helena Samsioe, is a drone service provider, as it collects data for the purpose of predicting or preventing disasters and outbreaks. The drones are used to collect data via images, for example malaria outbreaks or natural disasters. The company says it is connected to nearly 4000 drone-pilots in 77 countres, and produced sales of SEK 5.5 million in 2020.
