Goobit raises SEK 15 million, aims for public listing.

Goobit, a Stockholm, Sweden-based holding operating a group of crypto-based businesses, secured SEK 15 million ($1.6M) in capital investment.

The funding was provided by investors from Sweden as the company initiated the preparations for getting publicly listed on the local stock exchange in 2020.

Goobit Group, founded in 2012 by Christian Ander and led by CEO Oskar Söderström, operates three companies, services and brands: Bt.cx - Sweden's first bitcoin forex service, Nova Exchange - a full stack compliant and secure crypto to crypto exchange and BlockTech AB - entity within the group that is crafting the tech and platforms needed, for ongoing and new business ventures.
