Good Sign Solutions in a €10 million growth equity funding round backed by Bocap.

Good Sign Solutions, a Helsinki, Finland-based software company developing recurring billing software tools, announced that it completed a growth equity funding round closed at €10 million ($11.6M).

The money was raised from the local private equity house from Finland Bocap, and will be used for growing and scaling in both the domestic and global markets

Good Sign Solutions, founded in 2007 by CEO Taija Engman, developed a SaaS solution that automates subscriptions, pay-per-use, and service agreements, complementing customers' CRM and ERP systems. The company employs 40 people in Finland, the Netherlands, and the USA, supporting 2020 sales of €3.6 million ($4.2M) from customers including Com4, DLL, Fujitsu, and OpusCapita.
