Grade was acquired by Monterro

Grade, a Lund, Sweden-based compay provider of Talent Management, Learning Management and e-learning, announced that it was acquired by investment company Monterro.

The deal, which has financial details undisclosed, was made for the acquisition of 82% of the company from InXL Innovation AB. The management and board members will own 18%.

Grade is a provider of Learning Management System (“LMS”) and e-learning solutions to larger corporations and universities. The company is headquartered in Lund, Sweden, with an additional office in Stockholm.
