Grandhood closes a pre-seed investment round for a digital-based pension fund.

Grandhood, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup working on an alternative pension fund, secured an undisclsoed amount of investment funding.

The money comes from SEED Capital and a number of local angel investors, including Morten Nilsson.

Grandhood, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Jon F. Lieberkind, aims to build an alternative to the established pension companies activating in the private pension market. The company intends to launch a closed beta version of its product in first half of 2018.
