Grunt secured $1.9M in capital investment from investors including Alliance Ventures.

Altua, an Oslo, Norway-based startup developing a software solution called Grunt, announced closing in a NOK 16M ($1.9M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by a range of new and existing investors, including Alliance Ventures. Following the deal, Alliance will own 10% of the company while the founders will control 65%.

Altua, founded in 2015 by Mads Gedde, Alexander Høst and CEO Jan-Erik Hæreid, developed Grunt, a software plug in solution that works with Microsoft Power Point. The solution is aimed to be sold on a SAAS model to consulting and finance companies.
