H&M and Klarna invest SEK 25M in Wrapp, become main shareholders.
Of the documents that came into the Companies Registration Office earlier this week shows that Wrapp in July made a new share issue of SEK 25 million.
The largest investors in the round were paid the company Klarna, that after the issue owns 9.5 percent of Wrapp and thus is the largest external investor. The Company has however negotiated for the right to wait until September 31 to sign a portion of the shares.
The next largest recipients were the clothing giant H & M, who is also Sweden's largest listed company, which now owns 6.4 percent of Wrapp. Also the existing investors Creandum, Atomico and co-founder Hjalmar Winbladh participated in the round.
