Haldor Topsøe sells minority shareholding package to Temasek.

Haldor Topsøe, a Copenhagen, Denmark-headquartered company manufacturer of high-performance catalysts and proprietary technologies for the chemical and refining industries, announced that it entered an investment agreement for selling 30% of its equity to Singapore-based private equity company Temasek.

Financial details were not disclosed. Haldor Topsøe Holding A/S, which is 100% owned by the Topsøe family, will remain the long-term majority shareholder.

Haldor Topsøe is headquartered in Denmark, employs  employ some 2,200 people and had 2017 revenue of approximately $760M.
