HappySignals raises €4.7 million series A funding round led by Nauta Capital, and including Vendep Capital.
HappySignals, a Helsinki, Finland-based company operating an Employee Experience Management Platform, announced the completion of a €4.7 million ($5.5M) series A funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by Nauta Capital and including early stage backer from FInland Vendep Capital. Proceeds will be used for scaling operations in Europe and the US.
HappySignals, founded in 2014 by CEO Sami Kallio, Pasi Nikkanen, Sami Aarnio, helps businesses improve their internal services by shifting the focus to employee experience by measuring and analysing employee happiness and productivity. The platform is in use by customers from 130 countries, including Campari Group, Equinor, and Cargotec and backed by employees located in Helsinki, London, and Palo Alto.
Prior to this round, HappySignals raised €1.5 million, with a 1 million deal announced in March 2019.
